The Open PASD Project is an independent community resource that helps Phoenixville Area School District taxpayers, parents, and neighbors understand how the district works—programs, policies, finances, and more—so everyone can participate in the conversation and advocate with clearer insight. Where the data comes from

Every figure on this site traces back to a public record. Nothing here is estimated from a model or survey unless the page says so explicitly.

State education filings

Budgets, actual revenue and expenses, enrollment, fund balances, debt, and homestead/farmstead property tax relief all come from Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) filings the district submits every year.

Parcel boundaries, ownership, and assessed values are synced from Chester County's GIS parcel dataset, which is what tax estimates and property lookups are built on.
