SBAP is an MA program that reimburses school entities for direct, eligible health-related services including transportation. These services are provided to MA enrolled, special needs students, and reimbursement claims are processed through the Commonwealth's vendor. Reimbursable services include, but are not limited to, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and psychological counseling.
